Shipping Policy

We have following general shipping policies, however, we may offer more specified guideline(s) for dedicate client(s) as needed.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. You may then send the product back to us using a trackable shipping method at your expense. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

  • Exchanges: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain an exchange authorization number. You may then send the product back to us using a trackable shipping method at your expense. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is eligible for an exchange, we will send you the new product at our expense.

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the purchase date to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a return shipping label at our expense and either issue a refund or send a replacement product once we receive the defective product.

  • Restocking Fees: If you choose to return a product for a refund, a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of inspecting and restocking the product.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging a product, unless the product is defective.

  • Please note that this policy applies only to purchases made directly from our website or through our customer service team. Purchases made through third-party retailers may be subject to different return and exchange policies.
